Katie is one of the founding directors of JKK Solutions. She was a chartered accountant before become the senior business banker in one of major banks. She consolidate her 10+ years of lending experiences, her business acumen, her creative ideas with structure a deal into each of her customers. She loves working with self-employed customers where she shares her insight and experience into lending solutions in commercial lendings.
In the office, you will find Katie in front of a whiteboard presenting cases and potential scenarios as she loves visualize the cashlfow and structure.
In her spare time, she loves to travel and ski as well as trying out new and different restaurants.

After a 38 career in the finance industry, in 2017 I decided to bite the bullet and go out on my own and established Mobile Finance Broker in Atherton a small, truly regional town on the Atherton Tablelands Far North Queensland.
I have worked extremely hard for the past five years and despite the Hayne Royal Commission, Covid-19, change in federal government, and rising interest rates, I have managed to create a very successful mortgage broker business that has a great reputation that now employs four people.
Figures are one thing, but consistently delivering exceptional service to my clients and industry related partners is the key to mortgage broker success. Customer satisfaction is the key driver to receive qualified referrals and return business from existing clients.

I am dedicated to provide a very diversified solutions and approach of my business so that our team can provide comprehensive offerings to fulfil all types of customer’s needs.
The sense of fulfilment in diversifying our business has made life as a broker very rewarding. I established JKK Solutions in 2017 and when I named the firm, it's about providing a personalised solutions and to our client, rather than building customers on transactions. I place great emphasis on structuring the processes around earning relationships rather than expecting them. Over the past few years, I have invested a majority of time building up my firm and my team to ensure they are equipped with all the relevant skill set to offer a full product suite. Apart from this, we have also invested in technology, including Broker Engine, Quickli, Sherlock as well as growing the offshore team to facilitate with our growth.
