During his career so far, Khushpreet has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge of the property industry, which he shares with clients to help them further their property ownership dreams. A natural ‘people person’, his personable approach puts clients at ease. This quality, along with his willingness to work closely alongside clients, guiding them through the homebuying process, makes him especially popular among first home buyers. Khushpreet is driven to help clients achieve their financial goals and is passionate about providing the right advice so they can get onto – or further up – the property ladder. With more than 50 Facebook reviews from satisfied clients already, he is establishing a strong reputation. After moving into his new role as a Mortgage Adviser, Khushpreet settled nearly $50 million in loans in his first year at NZ Mortgages. His hard work and dedication have now been recognised with his selection as a Young Gun of the Year Excellence Awardee at the New Zealand Mortgage Awards 2023.

Khushpreet Sidhu is passionate about helping clients climb the property ladder. Starting his career in the financial sector as an Insurance Adviser in 2019, Khushpreet transitioned to a role as a Mortgage Adviser in 2020.

Andrea is an Employee Learning and Development professional with two years of experience who is passionate about using her skills to implement innovative and pioneering HR initiatives to drive a culture of professional development. Her strengths lay in people and relationship management, critical thinking and delivering behaviour change projects with an innovative twist. She has been responsible for introducing compliance learning tailored to our significantly diverse employee base of over 12,000 and using her skills to create engagement for and roll out of 'Altogether Autism & Neurodiversity awareness programme at The Warehouse Group. She has shifted the way our team engages with learning, cultivating a continuous learning and development culture specific to their journey.
