Andrew Smillie is the owner of Personalised Mortgages and brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at ANZ, where he quickly progressed to Branch Manager by the age of 23, demonstrating strong leadership and a natural aptitude for banking early on.

Building on this foundation, Andrew spent eight years as a Property Finance Manager, developing extensive expertise in lending structures and property investment. He later joined Westpac, where he worked as both a Business and Commercial Manager, supporting a wide range of clients with their financial needs. Most recently, he served as the Auckland Area Manager of Business Banking, leading teams and overseeing strategic operations across the region. In 2014, Andrew established Personalised Mortgages, driven by his passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Drawing on his deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience, he is dedicated to guiding clients through the lending process with clarity and confidence.
