Frank Cui

Founder/Managing Director

Frank Cui is the Founder and Managing Director of EverBright Finance. His professional career includes 14 years’ experience at two major banks in New Zealand and several senior roles in the financial industry, including his last position as head of a Migrant & Asian Banking Division. He also serves on the board of New Zealand’s Employers and Manufacturers Association. As a career banker and businessman, Frank is passionate about supporting local businesses and communities and helping them grow. He also has a master’s degree in advanced leadership practice from Massey University and a finance degree from Auckland University. Frank is married with two children. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing basketball and acoustic guitars.

Francine Kwok is General Manager at EverBright Finance and an accredited Mortgage Adviser, overseeing a high-performing adviser team with a focus on growth, strategy and operational excellence. She brings two decades of banking experience from BNZ, where she developed deep capabilities in credit, risk, people leadership and change management. As Regional Manager, she led the bank’s SME Business Acquisition team to top performance nationwide, delivering tailored financial solutions to help businesses thrive. Francine’s leadership is grounded in practical experience, a strong results mindset and a commitment to raising the bar in client service and adviser development across the mortgage industry.
