She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s in Finance, bringing both precision and strategic thinking to her work. Jen began her career at PwC in auditing, developing a rigorous approach to risk, compliance and financial analysis. With over a decade of experience across residential, investment and commercial lending, she specialises in structuring tailored lending solutions aligned with long-term goals. “Your goals matter,” Jen says. “My role is to support you and make the journey easier.”

Sincere Xue is a compassionate and detail-oriented mortgage adviser who brings clarity, patience and strong problem-solving skills to every client relationship. Before entering the financial services industry, she worked as a teacher, developing a natural ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and supportive way. Sincere also has experience in study and migration services, giving her valuable insight into the needs of new migrants and families building a future in New Zealand. As a mother of three, she connects naturally with family-focused clients. “Every family’s situation is unique,” says Sincere. “I’m here to help you choose the path that truly fits.”

Luna Tong is the operational backbone of MortgageGPT, known for her precision, organisational skills and commitment to a seamless client experience. She previously ran her own grocery business, building strong commercial awareness, accountability and efficiency. Luna is currently studying at the University of Auckland, majoring in Statistics and Psychology. This combination supports both her analytical approach to loan processing and her ability to provide calm, reassuring client support. “My goal is to make your lending journey smooth, organised and stress-free,” Luna says.
